ABC is a newly completed project consisting of two multi-tenant flex buildings. Building 1 is 21,000 square feet and currently has 16,081 square feet available. Bay sizes start at 2,450 square feet.

Building 2 at 1410 SE Cortina Drive is 16,000 square feet. This building is built out as shop space with three bays of 1,575 square feet 26 x 60 available. They have one 12 x 14 OH door, one walk door, RR and forced air heat, 200 amps of power and lights. Two bays are built out as double bays; 200 amps, two OH doors, two walk doors, one RR, forced air heat and lights. One bay is 3,300 square feet, the other is 3,150 square feet.

Broadway Industrial Park is a complex of three buildings - two being 15,750 square feet each. These buildings are finished and ready for occupancy. Bay sizes start at 4,130 square feet and go up to 15,750 square feet; dock high doors, drive doors, and 200 amps of power. Building 3 at 1530 NE 46th Ave is under construction, it is 18,000 square feet with a fall 2017 completion date. Dock and drive doors bay sizes start at 9,000 square feet.

The Shops at Traditions

The Shops at Traditions is a neighborhood retail center located near the south entrance of DMACC in Ankeny on Oralabor Road. The complex consists of over 26,000 square feet of leasable space. Some of our current tenants include Thunderhead Sports Bar, Jimmy John's, Pie Five Pizza, and H&R Block, to name a few. Bay sizes start at 625 square feet up to 6,311 contiguous square feet.
